Choir Rehearsals
The choir will begin rehearsing for the fall season beginning Aug. 21 at 6:30 p.m. in rm. 19 at PRCA. If you love to sing, we would love to have you join us. You don’t have to be able to read music, but you do need to be able to carry a tune.
Pianist Needed To Accompany Choir
The choir is seeking a good pianist to accompany them. If you are interested in helping in this way. Call the church office.
Voter Guides Available
There are Voter’s Guides available by The Center for Arizona Policy (CAP) to assist your vote. They are located at the Welcome Desk and on the table by the cafeteria. This primary election is extremely important as the future of school tax credits and school vouchers could hang in the balance. Be informed and be sure to vote by sending in your completed early ballot or at the poll on Tuesday, Sept. 2nd.
Calling all Women to Prayer!
Lorna Ward would like to organize a women’s prayer group for Dove Mountain Church. If any of you would be interested in meeting together to pray for the leaders, people, ministries, direction and needs of our church, please contact Lorna via email: lorna_ward@sil.org. When, where, and how often we will meet is open for discussion.
Sunday Morning Prayer Group
There is a group that meets for prayer every Sunday morning at 8:45 a.m. in room 16. All are welcome to join us as we pray for the service and the needs of Dove Mountain Church. Come pray with us!
Hospitality Help and Goodies Needed!
Donations of cookies, muffins, sweet rolls, coffee cake or whatever baked goods one would like to bring would be happily received for our time of fellowship. Also, if anyone would like to help on the Hospitality Committee. Come pray with us!
Building Fund
Dove Mountain Church has been blessed with 15 1/2 acres of land to soon build our permanent Church home. Please be praying about contributing above and beyond your regular giving to the building fund. Any gift marked "Building Fund" will be designated for that needed project.
Mercy Ministry
Our Mercy Ministry is available if you are a regular attender to our church and have a need or would like to take part in serving others in a special way. Those of you who are interested in providing meals or partnering with this ministry of DMC are asked to contact Cindy Vos through our church office..
